Hey, the giveaway was awesome. Its surprising that you actually went through all 5000+(you must have gotten some friends together) photos for a giveaway for 13 winners. There is a lot of talent out there too.
Why are so many people so mad? To the Ex of Freddiew who said, “What?! Is that all?! Freddie Wong DOES DO LAME CONTESTS!!!!” Freddie just did a giveaway of more than $600-700 on movies, t-shirts, and games. People have got to understand that he needs to make a living somehow and that giving away $5000 in prizes is not the point.
A lot of people are pissed because they put a lot of time and effort into their submissions. Then stick figure guy and the DBZ pic got prizes? That’s like a slap in the face.
How about instead of one expensive prize you get smaller prizes to a bunch of people. I would have even loved a custom intro or something for my channel.
It’s amazing at how creative he is with his videos but how much he lacks creatively for contest prizes.
At least the grand prize winner deserved what he got. That was badass.
What’s with all the kids saying it was a lame contest? Freddie’s gotta make a living somehow and can’t give away tens of thousands in prizes. Freddie puts so much effort in his videos (he does it for a significant income) and yet someone like Fred makes low-quality videos and gets payed much more, and he doesn’t even do these fun little contests. Think twice before ubsubscribing and being an ungrateful little brat.
Mister anonymous, There doesn’t have to be any prizes at all, the point is that the better ones win. I’m sorry but they just didn’t. For that, there are a lot of unsubscribers and people who won’t support future efforts, plenty more freddiew’s on youtube. It’s not all about prizes man. I mean who couldn’t afford a copy of speed racer?

Seriously, people should stop complaining. The thing with the runner-up is that it’s well-edited. It might be cheap to just replace a face and be done with it, but you have to make it blend well.
Due to school, I, sadly enough, missed the event, otherwise I’d have made something as well.

P.S. Why don’t you visit Surinam this summer break, I’ll be there on vacation, we should make a movie. (I kid. Would be impossible, hehe.)
